  Fast drive thru service but my MacJr was ice cold and being in a hurry I could not turn around to go back and complain. No dinner for me.

  I went into our local McDonald's today at Orange & Seminole Pratt. Nothing big, I ordered a #1 and hot fudge sundae. I wanted to dine in so I was given a number and paid $8.10
  
  20 MINUTES LATER I stood up, brought my now melted sundae back to them [untouched] to ask for a refund. Not because I was in a rush and thought it was 20 minutes later but according to the time stamp on their receipt it was. The manager asked if I wanted the food anyway and apologized, which I thought was nice. I replied "if the food is ready because I don't want to wait any longer". She gave me a #1 in a bag & my refund of $6.36. I told her I spent $8.10 and she said "but he gave you the hot fudge sundae". I'm like, "that melted thing on the counter that sat for 20 minutes!?". With an attitude she refunded my $8.10. I'll never go back there again.
